Zoe Lightfoot

Zoe is a qualified teacher with significant leadership experience in independent schools as well as within the maintained, academy and voluntary aided sectors. She has a strong track record of securing rapid school improvement in challenging circumstances. Before joining Ofsted, Zoe was a leading headteacher, supporting curriculum development across a large multi-academy trust. Zoe has worked with a national professional qualification provider, facilitating training. She has a particular interest in improving outcomes for disadvantaged learners and pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities.
