Natasha Chalk

Natasha Chalk is Head of Outreach at EK Outreach Services, a specialist SEND and alternative provision supporting children and young people aged 5–25 through bespoke, flexible education programmes delivered nationally. With over 18 years’ experience in education, Natasha has worked across mainstream, specialist and outreach settings, developing extensive expertise in supporting learners with EBSA, SEMH needs and complex SEND profiles.

Natasha works collaboratively with local authorities, schools and families to design personalised provision aligned with EHCP outcomes, enabling young people to re-engage with education and achieve meaningful progression. She is particularly passionate about inclusive curriculum design, alternative pathways, and developing outreach models that meet the needs of learners who struggle to access traditional education environments.

Alongside her leadership role, Natasha contributes to sector discussions on SEND reform, speaks at national events, and supports professionals to develop practical strategies for engaging the hardest to reach learners.
